Helping your little one to sleep through the night.
Welcome - I’m So Glad You’re Here
Hello, I’m Hannah, founder of Through the Night, NHS and private sleep consultant, specialist in Sleep and Additional Needs, Night Nanny, teacher, SENDCo, and most importantly, mummy to two beautiful boys.
I know first-hand how exhausting sleep deprivation can feel. The endless googling, the overwhelm, the second-guessing yourself at 2am wondering why nothing seems to be working.
I’ve been there too.
And I also know how hard it can feel to ask for help. But needing support doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re exhausted, and you were never meant to do this alone.
That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting families in a way that feels calm, realistic, and judgement-free.
I truly believe you are the expert on your child. My role is simply to guide, support, and help you make sense of what’s happening with sleep so you can move forward with confidence.
Through Through the Night, I offer personalised sleep support and overnight care tailored to your family’s needs, without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all advice. Just evidence-based support, practical strategies, and someone genuinely in your corner.
Alongside sleep consulting, I also offer Night Nanny support, gentle overnight care in your home so you can rest and recover while your little one is cared for safely and lovingly through the night.
Whether you need a quick reset, ongoing support, or simply reassurance that things can feel different, my goal is always the same:
to help families feel rested, supported, and less alone.
Because sleep shouldn’t feel this hard.
And you shouldn’t have to struggle through it alone.
How Can I Help?
Maybe bedtime feels exhausting.
Maybe naps are inconsistent.
Maybe the early mornings are breaking you.
Or maybe you’re simply so tired you can’t think straight anymore.
Whatever sleep is looking like for your family right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Sleep deprivation can leave parents feeling overwhelmed, emotional, anxious, and completely drained. And when you’re surviving on broken sleep, even the smallest challenges can feel huge.
That’s where I come in.
As a qualified sleep consultant and experienced Night Nanny, I offer personalised sleep support and overnight care designed to help families feel calmer, more confident, and more rested, without judgement, pressure, or rigid routines.
Whether you’re looking for practical sleep support, gentle guidance, or simply a night of proper rest while your baby is cared for safely and lovingly, my goal is always the same:
to support your whole family, not just your child’s sleep.
Because things really can feel easier than they do right now.
