Hello, I am Hannah, founder of Through the Night, NHS and Private sleep consultant, mummy to 2 beautiful boys, a teacher and SENDCo and a wife. I am passionate about empowering parents and families with the information they need to become their child's sleep expert.

Why?  Because I understand. I have been there, sleep deprived and on my knees desperate for help but, in all honesty, ashamed to ask for it and so overwhelmed by the contradicting information online. I have learnt that asking for help isn’t something to be ashamed of at all. In fact, it is something to be proud of. We are all experts in our children and, with a little helping hand, a tweek here and there, a plan chosen by you and a few encouraging words, you can help them to the sleep well.

No one should suffer in silence with sleep deprivation. Sleep shouldn’t be complicated.

As a teacher it has always been my passion to change the lives of every single child who steps foot into my classroom. As a sleep consultant, I am trusted to change the lives of the whole family and that is a privilege.

You will then be asked to complete a sleep questionnaire which provides me with all the invaluable information about your situation. This ensures your sleep program  is specific to you and your family.   Following a telephone or Zoom conversation to discuss your preferred method to get you on the road to solid sleep now! I believe that choice is vital to success. I will never tell you what you have to do. You will always be given options of methods, pros and cons and ultimately, a completely personalised plan to your family and situation.
